Lisa Greenberg is the Founder and President of Cornerstone Specialty Insurance Services, Inc., and provides insurance counseling and risk management to her clients along with a broad range of products and services.

Lisa began her career as a State Farm agent in 1983; at that time, she concentrated on personal lines insurance for individuals. In 1985, Lisa transitioned to her specialization in dealing with the complex needs of design professionals and the construction industry. She enjoys being in an ever-evolving profession where there is always something new to learn. 

With over three decades of experience, she is an empathetic problem-solver, an ideal mix for truly understanding client challenges and determining the appropriate solution. 

This includes her ability to negotiate highly competitive rates with almost all the leading insurance companies. Lisa also provides risk management, contract review, and seminars for her clients.

 Lisa has earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), the insurance industry’s premier source for practical, real-world education for insurance professionals since 1969.

 A Southern California native, Lisa lives in Orange County with her family. She is an avid soccer fan, enjoys boating and the outdoors.

Tina Cowie - Vice President

Tina Cowie is Vice President of Cornerstone Specialty Insurance Services, Inc.  She began her career in 1978 as a file clerk for a major insurance company and rapidly advanced to the role of Assistant Personal Lines Underwriter. In 1980, Tina moved to the agency side of the business; she has been Vice President of Cornerstone since 2003.  Tina Cowie has earned the designations of Customer Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

She loves the opportunity to work with committed people who take pride in their work and do whatever it takes to get the job done.  Working in the insurance world for over 40 years means there is rarely a complex insurance issue that Tina can’t work with. Her attention to detail is loved by clients and colleagues alike, and that (sometimes elusive) ideal day is one where she can accomplish everything she set out to when the day began.  She loves that insurance is an endless learning tool that keeps her mind sharp.  One of her favorite aspects of the job is working with a variety of businesses for their insurance needs. 

Tina is a Southern California native. She and her husband, John, have been married since 1979 and have three wonderful sons and six beautiful grandchildren.

Aimee Guesno - Senior Account Executive

A native of Long Beach, CA, Aimee started her insurance career at Cornerstone, and has been with the company for 18 years.  During her tenure at Cornerstone, she has earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) designations and has gained invaluable real-life knowledge and experience of the insurance industry.  She takes great pride in working hard for our clients, and always tries to meet and exceed their needs.  She considers herself a comedy connoisseur, having acted in many comedy plays, been a member of an improv comedy troupe in Long Beach, and helped to create an improvised play, BEH, that had two successful runs at The Garage Theatre in Long Beach.  Her comedy bones run deep, having watched I Love Lucy and The Carol Burnett Show re-runs on TV, and having Monty Python and Mel Brooks movies on repeat as a child.  She also enjoys cooking and baking, whether it’s testing out new recipes or flavor combinations or just winging it with ingredients to see what the outcome will be (once an improviser, always an improviser!).  She sees food as something to be experienced, not just for the flavors, but as something to be shared and enjoyed with loves ones.  Aimee wanted to travel the world and use food to take her wherever she can, with her husband and best friends in tow.  And, she has two fluffy 18-pounds cats to come home to.

Ashley Greenberg – Senior Account Executive

Ashley is one of the Senior Account Executives. She was born and raised in Southern California and does not plan on leaving anytime soon.  She loves her job and wants to make sure your business is protected in every way possible.  Ashley graduated from California State University, Fullerton (GO TITANS!) and has her degree in Finance – Risk Management/Insurance.  She loves to help people and also strives to make those laugh around her, no matter the situation.  Ashley loves to spend time outside as much as she can, whether it’s working in her garden, going on a hike, screaming on a roller coaster, or simply sitting around the bonfire with her husband.  If she could, her dream life would be to live on a large ranch with a plentiful garden and have all sorts of animals running around from cats and dogs to pigs and cows.

Sue Lusic - Account Executive

Sue is an Account Executive and began working at Cornerstone Specialty Services, Inc. in 2012. Her previous career was an elementary school teacher. Sue has been involved in the construction industry her whole life, as her entire family works in construction. She is a California native, has been married to Rudy since 1977, has three grown children and four grandchildren.
